Our policy
- Unopened items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be in their original, sealed packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, opened fragrances, mists and body care cannot be returned unless faulty.
How to start a return
Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and reason. Once approved, refunds are made to your Mobile Money or original payment method.
